This is a great piece. Its difficult to really make a black and white stand out because of the loss of textures. You did a great job compensating with the great contrasts. I also like the crisp Japanese style sun beams under the render layer, it really defines that section of the piece. Although its not fully an original concept its still well made and beautiful to boot. I do think one slash of a bright color thrown in there would really make this image pop. Nonetheless, great job altogether! It made it into my DA's best Abstract collection. ;D

Okay, I agree with what you're saying. Abstract isn't supposed to have something going on. However, I feel reminded of the Gundams the more I look at this.

Or Gilgamesh from FF12.....

If that's what you see, then that's what you see. I only create my works based on color contrast theory and how I see it work. I never like telling people what I see in it, cause then everyone will look for what I see. I feel its better to have everyone see what they want to see.

Its such a trip trying to look at this piece! Very well done! Ive enjoyed looking at it for a while now, and I think I will come back to it later. Id imagine that says something about the complexity and depth of the work. Congrats on the DD!
